Calm: Considered as an app for Sleep, Meditation, and Relaxation. On this app, you have access to hundreds of programs related to mediation, sleep stories, breathing, stretching exercises, and relaxing programs.

Similar to the way you might decide to get into physical shape, this app is meant to help you get into mental shape. The app also allows you to track your progress to help you come up with strategies to make you feel better.

Wakeout: It is an exercising application you can use from home. This app will be able to help you stay active when studying from home. There are hundreds of exercises specifically designed for the home environment.

Talkspace: An online text therapy platform that offers access to therapists who cover a broad range of mental health services at a more affordable price.
